Our framework is the basis for all our work at The Weald, both in class and in all wider experiences. It was developed collaboratively in 2011-12 by students and staff to represent our community ethos. The framework details how we approach learning, our interactions with each other and our own well-being.
We believe it sets an aspirational ethos of a community where we all aspire to achieve highly, feel supported and are aware of our responsibilities both to ourselves and to each other. The framework underpins everything we do and it helps to create an environment in which we all can thrive. Every term, as a school, we celebrate the achievements and progress all students have made even in the smallest ways towards these goals.
It is neatly summarised below and the full document is attached.
