Grade 6 (Points 9-11): £27,254 - £28,598, actual salary £23,480 - £24,638
Grade 8 (Points 20-24): £32,597 - £35,412, actual salary £28,208 - £30,645

We are seeking an inspirational and resilient Senior Inclusion Teaching Assistant to join our Inclusion Department. The successful candidate will work closely with the teaching staff, supporting children with their learning and behavioural needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and talented individual to take a key role in our team. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for education who is driven to make a difference to the lives of the children they work with.

The Weald is a high achieving, popular and oversubscribed 11-18 comprehensive school and sixth form college, situated in the heart of the West Sussex countryside, 10 minutes from Horsham, 35 minutes from Guildford and Brighton, and an hour by train to London.  The school has an excellent record of academic and pastoral achievement and we pride ourselves in creating a caring and respectful ethos where every child is important. Last summer, our A-level results placed us as the best 6th form provider in West Sussex; at GCSE our students achieved almost half a grade higher than their expected outcomes.
