Year 11 CERAMICS 2025

Mock exam -SHRINES.  Autumn Term  (September to Christmas)

You will complete a mock exam project from September until the end of the autumn term, this project will run in exactly the same way as your real exam project will in January.

The mock exam will form the last unit of your coursework.

Be aware that a good Mock exam project can seriously lift your coursework grade from Y10, so make sure you keep up week by week, produce your best work and stay after school regularly to ensure work is completed as you go along…there is no time to revisit this later.

The Mock Exam Unit work (SHRINES) will begin in your first lesson back in September.

  • You will have 10 weeks to develop your sketchbook work and ideas.

  • You will have 2 days during the W/B 15/12/2025 to complete your final pieces under exam conditions.
