The Weald is a high achieving, popular and oversubscribed 11-18 comprehensive school, situated in the heart of the West Sussex countryside, 10 minutes from Horsham, 35 minutes from Guildford and Brighton, and an hour by train to London. Our school is looking for a positive, proactive, and highly organised Careers Coordinator, with an excellent range of administrative and organisational skills. This exciting role is not simply administrative; the post holder will lead significant aspects of our careers provision. As a Careers Coordinator, you will support students to explore their future career options, offering impartial work, training and study-related advice, opportunities and resources and one to one interviews with year 10 and 12 students, as well as adhoc appointments with students in all year groups when required.
