Learning Mentors play a critical role in supporting students of all abilities with issues such as poor attendance, lack of self-confidence, self-esteem or motivation. We require an empathetic and enthusiastic individual to work on a one-to-one and small group basis with specific students, to enable them to develop coping strategies, enhance aspiration and motivation, and encourage re-engagement in learning.
