Well-Being

Welcome to The Weald's Well-Being page. We hope we can give you some general information about where to go for help and support, whether you are a student, a parent or carer, a member of staff, a governor, or indeed anyone in our school community.

We are a school that seeks to look after our well-being, both physical and emotional. We aim to focus on positive ways of maintaining and boosting healthy and positive living, whilst always recognising that everyone needs support at times.

We also aim to remove any stigma attached to mental or emotional ill-health. We think that in exactly the same way, our physical health changes and fluctuates, so do our moods and emotions. Sometimes these changes may seem beyond our control and we need external help.
